Wyoming legislature rejects roofer regulatory proposal

Bill would have allowed class-action lawsuits for people scammed by roofers

The Wyoming House of Representatives voted down a proposed bill that would have forced roofers to fully disclose who they are and where they come from to help consumers research them. It also would have given more flexibility to homeowners to get out of contracts.
