A new inhibitor and a "Green Approved" rating by the National Association of Home Builders’ Research Center is Weyerhaeuser’s Pro Series boards. All pieces are also certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) standard. It is made in North Carolina from locally grown timber, and depending on end use location, can meet the regional material requirements of green building programs. The ProSeries wood can be found in the company’s iLevel Framer Series lumber and iLevel Machine-Stress-Rated Lumber (MSR) and Machine-Evaluated Lumber (MEL)
