Introducing the MiraSEAL, a single-component, moisture-reacted, solvent- and coal tar-free product provides great adhesion to above- and below-grade concrete surfaces, even when moisture is present in the concrete. The coating features a water vapor transmission rate of .06 perms and an elongation of 350 percent Applications include: structural slab and wearing courses on parking garages, plaza decks, balconies, roof decks, terraces, mechanical equipment rooms, wet rooms, malls, kitchens and shower stalls. Also ideal for waterproofing foundation walls.
