The Big Dawg ratchet is so named because of a redesigned dog with nine teeth that contact the gear, increasing torque transfer by 38% compared with the company’s traditional model and improving arc swing by 120% to 6.8 degrees. The low-profile head is 13% smaller. Combined with improved articulation, the smaller size lets users work in tighter spaces.
