Now Boarding: All First-Class Residents

That conversation gave birth to Coscan's Atlantic One program, which began Oct. 1 and will continue through the winter selling season. Buyers get 20-25 hours of private jet service depending on the type of condominium purchased in Atlantic One, the last of five high-rises to be built at The Point. Prices range from $800,000 to more than $1.4 million.
Direct mailers sent to owners of high-value, single-family homes in Dade and Broward counties describe The Point as a perfect transitional community for empty nesters.
"The promotion literally has paid for itself," says Kenner, noting that 100 of Atlantic One's 126 units had pre-sold eight months before completion.
