The Market Leaders list is compiled annually through a combination of Professional Remodeler research and information companies provide. Companies whose annual volume cannot be verified are excluded, as are large national or regional remodelers that serve multiple markets.

Professional Remodeler honored the 2008 Market Leaders at the first-ever Market Leaders reception and dinner in a private room at McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant in Baltimore in September 2008. The top remodeling firms from 20 of the nation’s largest metro areas were invited to receive their 2008 Market Leaders plaques.
