More bad economic news

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water...another shark appears! The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the seasonally adjusted Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers increased by 0.2 percent from March to April. The CPI-U serves as a measuring tool for inflation, and can be used as a factor in decisions on salaries and pensions. It's the sixth increase in the CPI-U in the last seven months. The index is up 3.9% from April 2007.
