My computer is protecting me from myself

My computer has decided I'm not allowed to read any more bad news about housing.

Last week, my access to the Calculated Risk blog was blocked by the Web filters as "inappropriate content." Yesterday, it crashed when I was trying to read an article about the 21 percent year-over-year drop in the Case-Shiller index. And today, IE keeps locking up when I try to read a story about the drop in consumer confidence (lowest since '92, by the way).

Apparently, my computer's had enough ...
