Wow. 

So homes are now like shoes? 

Buy one, get one free ... that's the deal Michael Crews Development is offering in the San Diego area. You can read the full details here, but essentially if someone buys one of the company's $1.6 million estate homes, the company will throw in a $400,000 row home.

Remodeling's not great these days, but once again, I have to say it. It could be worse ... you could be a builder.
