Economist: Home prices not near bottom yet

Yale economist Robert Shiller (of the well-known Case-Shiller price index) said yesterday that the current home price drop will be worse than the 30% drop of the Great Depression. He said that the government bailout plan being debated in Congress needs to be passed so thousands won't lose their homes.
