The top rated product was LockDry aluminum decking, which got top scores across the board, but the magazine notes the high price and metallic look as turnoffs. Other top products were Deck Lok, Eon Classic and Azek with Procell, with the magazine citing their resistance to staining and color changing.
Amongst composites Symmatrix, Veranda and Tamko EverGrain led the way. As for wood, Iron Woods Ipe got the highest score, but Thompsonized Southern Yellow Pine scored nearly as well at a significant cost savings.

ANY WAY YOU CAN POST WHAT WAS SAID ABOUT RADIANT FLOORS?

CR didn't cover radiant floor heating in this issue and a quick search of the Web site doesn't show any recent coverage of it, either. To find more articles about this, just type "radiant heating" or "radiant floor" into the search box at the top right hand side of this page.
