NAR predicts uptick in home sales

As I've noted before, the National Association of Realtors' predictions tend to be more optimistic than those of most economists. With that caveat in mind, NAR chief economist Lawrence Yun said today that the group expects existing home sales to hold steady over the next few months before rising later in the year and continuing to improve in 2009.
