Walking away from mortgages

On Monday, I mentioned in passing the media's obsession last week with the idea of people who can afford their mortgages walking away from them anyways.

So lo and behold ... what comes to my attention today, but a company that's trying to make a quick buck off this "trend," called You Walk Away: http://www.youwalkaway.com/. This thing has gotten scam written all over it, but I still thought it was interesting. (hat tip to The Consumerist blog).
