I've been in the office one day over the last two weeks between IBS and traveling for articles, so I haven't had a chance to make note of some things that have caught my eye lately. Here's a few items worth checking out: (click on the red text to find out more)
- A new AIA study says consumers are eschewing luxury features in favor of green items.
- Scott Adams, the creator of Dilbert, is doing an interesting experiment on his blog where he's working with his readers to design the "ultimate house."
- The Inman News blog showcases a study from Zillow that shows that 77 percent of homeowners believe their home increased or held its value in 2007. So perhaps targeting the delusional homeowner is the way to go!
