Four New Models in Panasonic's WhisperGreen Premium Ventilation Line
WhisperGreen now offers a new generation of 80 CFM models, FV-08VKM2 and FV-08VKS2, designed for 4-inch diameter ducts. Plus, WhisperGreen fans FV-13VKM2 and FV-13VKS2 are new 130 CFM models designed for 6-inch diameter ducts

These new models include Panasonic's advanced built-in control technology, ideal to meet today's "Green" building standards. All models are ENERGY STAR™ rated, HVI certified and offer Panasonic's advanced DC motors designed for long-life, low noise and, energy efficient operation.

These 2-speed WhisperGreen models include an "off" position on the adjustable low speed control dial that can be pre-set to "off" or between 30-80 CFM on the 80 CFM models; and 50 - 130 CFM on the 130 CFM models.
All four models include a Delay Timer that can be pre-set 0 - 60 minutes. When the fan is activated, it boosts up to high speed. Then after the pre-set delay period the fan returns to the pre-set "off" or low speed operation.
WhisperGreen models FV-08VKM2 and FV-13VKM2 feature Panasonic's SmartAction® Motion Sensor. The motion sensor activates when someone enters the room to provide maximum airflow when the bathroom is in use. When the occupant leaves the room the fan automatically returns to the pre-set low speed.
An additional benefit of the WhisperGreen DC motor technology is Panasonic's patented SmartFlow™ Optimum CFM Technology. This technology enables the fan to measure airflow resistance due to duct length and elbows and automatically adjust the blower wheel speed to provide the rated airflow level.
WhisperGreen adjustable 2-speed and delay timer settings are the ideal solutions to meet ASHRAE Standard 62.2, which is the ventilation platform adopted by LEED for Homes, ENERGY STAR Indoor Air Quality Program, and California Title 24.
