Loyalty Program Rewards Remodelers

Many manufacturers offer customer loyalty programs, but often only high-volume customers fully reap the benefits. The Builder's Circle program was designed with small to midsize remodelers and home builders in mind.

Composed of category-exclusive, non-competing companies, the network offers products from more than 20 brands, such as Alcoa and Armstrong. There is no enrollment fee, and participants earn and re-deem points faster because they accrue for all purchases rather than by brand. Points can be redeemed for more than 1,000 reward options.

Since The Builder's Circle launched at the 2004 International Builders' Show, more than 650 companies have enrolled.

"The nature of the program embraces and endears itself to the more traditional distribution channels," says Scott May, Builder's Circle general manager. "Remodelers don't have to change anything about the way they already run their businesses."
