Vallarta is a new oval option in the Allegre Collection of aluminum alloy bowls. Designed for drop-in or over-counter applications, the product is molded of solid metal with no coating using a sand-casting method. Color and finish will mature over time, and if left unpolished, the bowl will darken and look like pewter, the company says.
