A tinted oil-based primer is used after thorough preparation and repair of all surfaces.

A new front porch replaces the previous, deteriorated structure. Maintenance-free vinyl posts were used, as well as composite decking.

A two-man lift was used to reach the chimneys and re-point the bricks.

The wood siding was in poor condition and had to be removed to allow maintenance-free vinyl siding to be installed. Tyvek house wrap was used before siding installation.
