The wood clapboard siding was saved where possible and was replaced with 1/2 x 6 cedar where not salvageable.

This interior basement wall shows an original entry door opening and window location that were part of the original early 1700s house. The roof was removed from the original home, and the current home was built over and around it, leaving some of the original exterior walls in the basement of the new structure.
