Rutherford and his wife, Marilyn Mobley, had long noticed this particular ranch house and its prime location on a scenic bluff five minutes from downtown Farmington, and they shook their heads atits deteriorated condition. When the home came up for sale in 2001, they purchased it with thegoal of remodeling it as their residence. "We really saw a lot of potential in this house," saysRutherford. "It is located in the perfect neighborhood, close to town, and has a spectacular view." Past Projects: 1998 1999 2000 2001 2002 |
