you can have in any color as long as its black..stated henry ford as he described the first model t.media campaign....
as we have all now witnessed the failure of the bush regime to inact green standards ,pollution cap and trade,falsify climate research reports now comes the obama administration to focus and align the nation to energy efficiency within the next 4 yrs.obama will become famous for stating the usa will be free of opec with 10 yrs.ending the iraq war will be a footnote.just as the home builders have failed to focus on green building.the price to be paid will be no market
penetration and a product of non green homes will fall in value.so its not smart to build green but mandatory.
as the green standard become reality we will all look back at all of the failure of the nahb and the home building industry.
appraisers will document the financial failure,securities markets will document the lower cbos
the gma score will highlight to the world the failure of the nahb and the home builders.
