Tracking 35 mass production and semi-custom buiders in southernmost Arizona, while two properties still on market(long haul).Potential buyer a few years from now when those 2 properties sell.Lots of time to gather, file, code information. Market,economy, housing, financial reports of many types fielded daily.Qaulity of responses from builders make-break plans for analyzing houses, communities later. Will buy for lowest price house that hasincludes needs, later.
