"If we can convince them that the market has turned, they'll rush to buy because they want to buy low and sell high."
Reading this sentence made me want to throw up in my mouth. I'm not sure how people in your line of work fall asleep at night, knowing that you willfully trick families into getting ripped off.
The entire concept that your job as a salesperson is to convince the buyer of a lie, that now is a great time to buy, is nauseating.

Great article. I have seen contigencies all too often fall through. I've also seen people who have put contigency contracts on homes lose them all due to thinking they had to. I already called my selling agent and emailed her a copy of this article.
