Marketing Techniques for Green Homebuilders

Did you guys read the article from NuWire Investor on Energy Efficient Mortgages. I thought readers of this article might be interested in it...

first of all the green expert told the nahb more than 7 yrs ago about green building..since then 7 million homes have been built contributing to green house gas emissions,global warming,falling homes prices and falling home builders stocks.
Any idiot could see green building becoming a national phenonem just look at the trizic scale and the work of toyota..this one fact alone indicates every home
builder in america is asleep at the wheel and has hurt every american...who would buy a home that falls in value every day?
As for a national trademark kurowoski is also asleep at the wheel reguardless of his past 30 yr history and the continued failure of the nahb and its 235k members.
if this builder had any brains he could have bought green building domains and implemented a national trademark..so this polak is also a fool at work.
domains like hipreplacement.com.backache.com have sold for millions of dollars..recently computer.com sold for 2.2 million dollars.This sophiscated marketing technique was available to any builder but as each greedy builder was more interested in building substandard homes and being fined by the sec ie kbhome.com.
And as for leaving stratagy to uneducated sales people this is a fool at work.As touch points for consumers this is loosers game.Sales people are the industrys number one asset.not money not immigrant construction workers..and certainly not wall street.
Did any one of these so called leaders after more than 7 yrs intregrate an energy efficient mortgage or a green mortgage?These are all fools at work
actually more like play.Bank of america commited 20 billion dollars to green industry while kbhome president got fired for collaterizing substandard mortgages worrying about quarterly numbers.
And as for displays these fools missed the boat
there are much better educational tools it is not the responsibility of the green expert to educate an entire industry...as stated before the nahb will be held accountable for their past 7 yrs of non action.
As leed is the internationally accepted standad with dubai city being the worlds first green city as america is no longer a world leader because of the actions stated above.
As the future unfolds every builder in america will feel the wrath of these failed decisions as the internet
has leveled the playing field.
ps. The insurance industry has now realized that green building costs less to insure did any one of the nahbs 235k homebuilders implement this stratgy?
