Tom, before you criticize for spelling errors you might want to check your own comments. I hope you are a better architect than a speller.

Mold is becoming a problem in Fresno, CA. Lawsuits, insurance claims, etc. No one is looking at the sewer or water lines. 40+/- yr major cover up.
Despite altered city records, the city's sewer layouts verify the alterations. Photographs, witnesses, old documents are further evidence of a massive operation being carried out by unauthorized, unlicensed individuals, with plans of re-routing the water supply. Blame is going to the wrong people and industries.
