Sage Homebuilders (www.sagestl.com) went green-only in '06. We give our buyers the custom option of going either LEED or HBA GBI certified.

Any other builders out there who would like to participate in a best practices in green building discussion group, please contact me at jstone(at)sagestl.com.

soon there will be 3 green standards for green building.where was the nahb for the last 7 years?
why was there no research done for these 235k home builders? why didn't the nahb in an election year lobby congress for compatable greenmortgage?
why didn't the nahb cultivate the national potental consumer home owner base for green building?

why didn't the nahb conduct green research over the last 7 years?
why has every homebuilder stock fallen in value in the last 2 years?why is there the most homes in the last 7 years sitting unsold and fallening in value and will continue to fall in value as reported by barrons?
the reason is simple the nahb has failed and continues to fail in its mission as indicated above by each of these identified remarks.

it is leed for homes that is the only legitimate national standard for green homes period.nahb has cost the new home buyer, home builders billions of dollars from their failed work.
this does not even mention that 7 million homes over the last 7 years have polluted the atmosphere now verified by 95% of the worlds scientists....bush and the nahb will be held accountable to the exact ton of co2 gas that has been dispersed by these failed paid
false leaders. we can now all look to china as the new world leader...any questions? just ck out your falling us dollar..28% of its value lost due to these and other policies.....

Going green makes sense for a lot of reasons. Among those reasons is the fact that this market segment is growing in the double digits every year... with no end in sight.

If anyone is going to turn the global warming situation around, it will be companies and individuals focusing on green, sustainable solutions.
