I am not sure to who I can ask for some help.
I purchased the Chesterfield home from Woodbridge in Manteca, CA. I am so disappointed over the laundry room. I have the floor plan which is flipped, in doing so, the dryer and washer is now also switched, with the dryer is on the left. Go into your own laundry room and you will find the dryer on the right. The show room shows it on the right as well. I have gone to Sears, Home Depot & Lowes. And can not find a washer & dryers that are made with the doors reversed. It is such a major difficulty to open the washer from the right and try to put clothes in the dryer on the left with the doors against themselves. I could not believe this flaw is swept under the carpet. I spent close to $3,000.00 on my set. Common sense and good customer service would require this to be rectified and not just be told “well, the plans show it this way”. I talked to the City of Manteca planning Dept. and they said the plans were indeed drawn this way, but as a consumer standpoint, it's not right. Please let me know if this be taken care of by Del Webb.

We have been Pulte homeowners for 11 years. We are in our second Pulte home. When we decided to build a home in an active-adult community, we only looked at Pulte/Del Webb.
The customer service was outstanding 11 years ago and still is! Pulte representatives, contracted employees and service people all display the "treat the homeowner like you would want to be treated" motto.
