As a former employee of Simonini Builders I can attest to everything Scott Teel has talked about in this article. Careful preparation and anticipation of needs at each site can make the job of the volunteer so much easier. Scott certainly did that for us and for all of the members of our team who worked Homearama. It was always great to stand in a home built by Simonini and not only have the public recognize you for the quality of the home we presented each year, but it was even more exciting when they would come back a few years later as homeowners of our product. Compliments are always boosts to anyone who works for the Custom Home Builder and if you provide that winning attitude in "selling" your product it will reflect in the business community as well as the private community.
