The problem with Donnie Hanly's claims happens to be that they haven't proven to be true to many homebuyers. Syncon Homes lost a significant construction defect lawsuit, in Northern Douglas County Nevada, where Syncon and their subs had to pay $7,000,000 to the homeowners so that they could correct the defects. Syncon Homes had refused to fix the defects, which were proven to exist in a cout of law.
Syncon Homes is currently failing to live up to their word with other homeowners in their Arbor Gardens community (Gardnerville, Nevada) and their La Costa neighborhood. One homeowner has created a website showing the construction defects and Syncon's fialure failure to live up to their ad campaign. The site is: www.asynconhome.info
The site documents code violations and outright falsehoods uttered by Syncon employees. For example, warranty claims were refused because Syncon's warranty department employee said: "It's normal for (bathroom) pipes to freeze in Nevada." Pleeeeeze, is that the truth and good customer service for a house less than one year old? I don't think so.
So, don't believe what the Syncon owners said in this article and show on their website. Take a tour of www.asynconhome.info and look at the evidence. You will come to a different conclusion.
