“The whole purpose of a design center is to showcase what interior features and finishes will look like in a real home, so we took that concept and built one of our company’s most popular floor plans to serve as our new design center,” said Wayland Wiseman, chief operating officer at Collins Builders. “Our new show house showcases all the options we can put in a new home. Collins Builders' new Design Center Show Home is located on the corner of Hood and Ilah roads in Mandarin near its Benton Lakes community. The design center showcases 2,690 square feet of living space and allows visitors to select from a wide variety of home design options including cabinets, tiles, flooring, countertops, bathroom features, hardware, audio, lighting, plumbing and more.
“The new design center is a great benefit for our customers because they are able to see the products inside a real home,” Wiseman said.
