Glenn Singer, Builder Partnerships, LLC
Glenn is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Builder Partnerships, LLC, a builder/manufacturer marketing company whose main goal is to promote a deeper relationship which will benefit both the home builder and the manufacturer through direct interaction.
Glenn has worked in the residential construction industry for over 42 years where he held various sales, marketing and management positions with CertainTeed Corporation and Owens Corning.
He is the past Chairman of the National Council of the Housing Industry and has been a member of NAHB’s Energy and Research Committees as well a member of the NAHB Research Center’s Board of Directors. In addition he also served as a member of the PATH Industry Steering Committee. Glenn is currently a member of NAHB’s Building Material Issues Committee and is a NCHI trustee.

The manufacturer has been very responsive and has communicated well since the inception of this problem. In fact, the senior vice president of sales and marketing has been involved from the beginning as well. He has had his team visit the distributor to determine if there has been some handling and shipping problems. Some builders have taken the bull by the horns and have taken costs out of their operation; they have reduced the number of standard items or offers in their homes and have made them options, thus reducing the price of their standard home.
