Sakrete’s U.S. Cold Patch is a ready-to-use, recycled asphalt product used to permanently repair potholes, depressions or cracks in any asphalt or concrete surface. It meets the strictest California emissions standards and can be applied year-round in all regions of the country which are subject to cutback asphalt restrictions as part of an effort to reduce VOCs and ground-level ozone pollution. An added bonus is the product is odorless, has the longest shelf life of any cold asphalt material, and cleans up with only soap and water.
