INTERIOR DESIGN: BEST DETAIL

The Exacta model displays a wide array of architectural detailing. From specialty millwork to columns, arches, trim and molding, this house is well-suited for empty nesters seeking a glamorous home. Guests enter through a mini rotunda and can move to the dining room, which has a column-defined 10-foot high ceiling. There is also an arched entrance to the open kitchen/great room.
The slate-covered courtyard off the great room provides additional outdoor living space. A Miranda fireplace serves a double purpose year-round outdoors and indoors within the master retreat.
