| DO CONSUMERS CARE? In a separate study, NRS surveyed homeowners to gauge their awareness of customer satisfaction awards and whether or not they are used in the determination of their homebuilder. What they found was that a combined total of 72 percent stated customer satisfaction ratings are important to their buying decision.
