In November, the Maryland Improvement Contractors Association handed out its 2003 Remodelers of the Year Awards at a ceremony at The Center Club in the Legg Mason Building in Baltimore. Awards were given in 11 categories. Left: Paul Arnold (left) and Jim Molinelli of Ardo Contracting in Columbia display their MICA Remodelers of the Year Awards in the Residential Interior over $40,000 and Residential Exterior over $50,000 categories.
