Taylor Woodrow Homes, Inc. was acknowledged last month by Emblem Elementary School in Saugus, Calif. for their $2500 contribution to the school’s Playground Equipment Campaign. In appreciation for the donation, a brass plaque engraved with the company’s name was permanently affixed to a bench at Emblem Elementary.

Taylor Woodrow recently became a member of this California community with the introduction of its new master-planned community of Woodlands at Valencia.
"Taylor Woodrow demonstrates the commitment that it takes to make a good corporate citizen,” says Courtney McIntyre, co-chair of Emblem Elementary PTA’s Playground Equipment Campaign. “With such generous contributions from companies like Taylor Woodrow, we were able to achieve our goal of raising $50,000 in only four weeks."
Taylor Woodrow is also hosting a free one-day event called The Woodlands Home & Garden Show in October. The event is designed to entertain the entire family with food, home decorating seminars, golf swing analyzing, drawing contests and fingerprinting for the children.
