The first “green” home in Aspen, Colo., will be up for auction [1] in January.
The home, which is the town’s first Gold LEED certified residence, was originally listed at nearly $14 million. It features six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and 6750 square feet of living space. It will sell live at the site in cooperation with Wendy Lucas of Wendy Lucas Aspen.
Oddly enough, the auction will not require a minimum bid.
