TimberTech is entering into the capped composite decking category with its Earthwood Evolutions line [1]. The industry’s first fully capped plank, according to the maker, the deck board is backed by a 25-year fade and stain warranty and features a proprietary HydroLock technology, which provides a durable, moisture-resistant surface. Earthwood Evolutions has a flat-grain surface that does not trap dirt in its graining pattern, as well as consistent, variegated color to achieve a true hardwood appearance.
