40 Under 40
in Residential Construction Awards
Please submit your nomination by February 1, 2011 Note: There is no fee to submit, and you may submit multiple candidates form the same organization. Candidates must be under the age of 40 as of April 1, 2011.
Do you have an “up-and-comer” on your Home Building or Remodeling Team? Professional Builder and Professional Remodeler magazines are teaming up to launch the first annual “40 Under 40 in Residential Construction” awards program, honoring “hotshots” in home building and remodeling markets.
“40 Under 40” nominees may come from the following fields related to home building and remodeling:
- Home building
- Remodeling
- Land development
- Real estate development
- Trade contracting/subcontracting
- Architecture
- Interior design
- Engineering (M/E/P, structural, etc.)
- Banking/lending/appraisal
- Industry consulting
- Academia
- Marketing/sales

- Finance (related to construction)
- Government (Federal, state, local)
- Building product manufacturing
- Building product inventor/developer
- NGOs, membership or trade association in the building field

If you’re under the age of 40 (as of April 1, 2011) and believe you qualify, feel free to nominate yourself. Nominations will be judged by the editors of Professional Builder and Professional Remodeler magazines, whose decision is final. Note: There is no fee to submit, and you may submit multiple candidates form the same organization
