LAS VEGAS, NV., Jan. 21 - The year's most outstanding work in residential real estate sales, marketing and design was honored on Jan. 20 at The National Sales and Marketing AwardsSM gala, one of the building industry's most prestigious events. Hosted by the National Association of Home Builders' National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), the awards ceremony attracted more than 500 building industry professionals to Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, Nev., for an up-close look at the year's most innovative and successful ideas during the 2009 International Builders' Show.
"NAHB provides countless opportunities for its members to grow and learn in all aspects of the building industry, and The Nationals is a big part of what pushes us to become better at what we do every year," said Mary DeWalt, chair of the Nationals. "The Nationals program reminds us that we have accomplished much as sales and marketing professionals, despite the downturn, and deserve to be recognized for these efforts."
A diverse panel of industry professionals from across the country selected Gold, Silver, and Regional award winners from more than 800 entries. Several top award winners are highlighted below.
