The 1750 High Performance Water Borne Grip-Tite Bonding Primer penetrates into concrete and forms a surface that improves the adhesion, workability and durability of the topcoat. Made by Anvil, the primer can be used on interior or exterior, painted or unpainted concrete, masonry, stucco, CMU block and porous brick surfaces whether vertical or horizontal. You can also use it as a touch up primer.
