New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez signed SB 14, an extension to the state’s successful Sustainable Building Tax Credit (SBTC).

New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez signed SB 14, an extension to the state’s successful Sustainable Building Tax Credit (SBTC). The renewed SBTC creates an additional $12 million opportunity for single-family residential green construction and $3 million in commercial and multifamily opportunities spread out over the next three years.
