Marketing firm will pay homeowners’ mortgages for on-property advertising
Company hopes to paint at least 3,000 homes across the country
Brainiacs From Mars, a California marketing firm, is paying some homeowners’ mortgages in return for allowing them to paint the homes in the company’s Gumby green and neon tangerine colors and place advertising signage on the property. In some cases, the ad violates local codes and has to be removed quickly.
