Named one of the top universal design products at KBIS 2011, the SerenaSeat from HealthCraft Products is a light, yet exceptionally solid fold-down shower seat. Made of Brazilian walnut with a solid-aluminum frame, the shower seat features a machined precision tension hinge that allows the seat to fold up without the need to lock into place. The backrest is removable for easy cleaning to wall tiles.
Editors’ Comments: Despite its lightweight, unobtrusive design, the SerenaSeat can support up to 450 lbs. Perfect for aging-in-place projects.
