Maytag AquaLift technology

May 16, 2012

Maytag offers a new set of freestanding gas, electric and induction cooktops with AquaLift self-cleaning technology. Water and low heat activate the enamel interior coating, removing the majority of stains in less than an hour; this eliminates the high heat and odor associated with traditional self-cleaning ovens. The induction Power Center cooktop sports a 3,700-watt Speed Heat element, a 3,200-watt induction element and two 1,800-watt elements.
