Designed specifically for coastal and severe weather regions, NapaWrap Coastal house wrap from Propex offers the industry’s first “tear free” guarantee: If it tears under normal use according to manufacturer’s guidelines, the company will replace it for free. The wrap also has more than twice the UV protection of leading brands and can go uncovered for up to one year, according to the maker. The vapor and moisture barrier keeps water out, but allows moisture vapor to escape from the inside of the wall exterior.
