Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac Loan Modifications Up by More Than 50% in Q1

This is a bogus numbers, banks, servicers and Fennie Mae are not working with people who are willing to stay current and want to be resposible. They are playing a Cat and Mouse game with people who are calling and asking for refi or modification. Ask me, I have been a victum of the USHOME MORETGAGE BANK. I have called them consistingly since the 2/09 after I was laid-off and strugling to make payments, cashed in 401k, borrowed money from relatives to just stay current, cut all the cost that can be reduced except the mortgage payment because banks, servicers and the Fennie Mae who ownes the loan refusing to help. I am so mad that I am going out of my mind. They told me that the rather forclose my home than modify becuase my house is worth more and NPV test indicated negative results. They told me to get out of the house and find a rental so they can sale my house and asked me to sign over a deed to them. Fennie told me to call the servicer and said that they have nothing to do with it even though it is a Fennie Mae loan. They are in it together, they rather see my credit score drop from 800+ and take over the house than help me refy or modify. So much for the CHANGE AND HOPE OUR GREAT COMMUNITY ORGANIZER PRICHED ABOUT DURING THE CAMPAIGN. NOW THAT HE HOLDS A POWER ON HIS HAND TO DICTATE WHO CAN OWN AND RENT, HE IS NOW GOING TO DECIDE WHO WILL LIVE AND GET MEDICAL HELP UNDER THE GOVERNMENT HELATH PLAN. WE JUST ELECTED HIM TO GOVERN. WHO ELECTED HIM AS A GOD. I HAVE NEWS MR. OBAMA, FRANK AND DODD...GO TO HELL, I AM NOT GOING TO MOVE OUT OF MY HOUSE, YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE ME OUT IN THE BODY BAG BUT NOT MOVING OUT. I COULD SWARE, I THOUGH I LIVED IN GREAT USA NO ONE TOLD ME THAT I LIVED IN RUSIA OR CUBA OR VELANZUALLA. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING OOOOOOOON,CAN SOME ONE TELL ME.
