We are also focusing on the entry level market for the same reasons depicted in the article. Formally a vacation/ second home builder, we saw our market (Northeast Pennsylvania) morph into primary homes as New York City and Northern New Jersey buyers were priced out of their local markets.
An added benefit to serving the entry level market are the buyers. They are so exited to have a place of their own
