NRS Corp. asked buyers how long it took their builders to correct all identified walk-through items. Nearly half (44.2%) had unresolved items more than 30 days after move-in - startling given that long wait times are strongly correlated to low customer satisfaction. If your company completes open items in 0-10 days, you are doing better than most and likely earn more referral sales.
