August 2, 2011

Lutron’s HomeWorks QS total home control system can greatly reduce a home’s energy consumption by monitoring and controlling multiple systems in the home, including lighting, shades, HVAC, and even appliances. The system can be easily installed in any home and operates via Lutron’s Clear Connect wireless, RF technology. The system, for instance, can be programmed to dim or turn off lights and close the shades in certain areas of the home at set times of the day. Apps for the iPhone and iPad allow homeowners to monitor and control numerous systems in the home.
